I don't know anything about this but can these games work on the N watch?

It shouldn't be a problem since the N|Watch and Arduboy use similar hardware, but the N|Watch only has 3 buttons instead of 6 which will probably make some games a pain to play. So yeah it's possible, but will probably need a fair few changes to the code to get it working.
